So why doesn't Texas arrest any and all google employees in TX for violating the civil rights of everyone in the state? Treat them like the NAZIS that they are. Regulation isn't the answer. When companies get so big and have power over a majority of online activities, they are a monopoly. Existing anti-trust laws can be used to break up their control.

The protections would be fine if someone used the courts to find they had not issued takedowns of "objectionable" materials "in good faith" as required by the law.
YouTube, in this case, would have to demonstrate that the DeSantis video was "objectionable" to a reasonable person.
