Thoughts? I personally will NEVER submit to a single new piece of legislation regarding firearms. Already the NFA, GCA, and Hughes Amendment are extremely unconstitutional and should slashed away, along with the entire BATFE. You have a GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO OWN FIREARMS OF YOUR CHOOSING and these tyrants will NEVER disarm We The People without a fight!!!

I remember in the 80s when Uzi semi autos had to have a 16 in barrel, and cutting the barrel shorter was a no-no. Would that be considered a SBR now?
Yes. An Uzi with a stock would need a 16 inch barrel or it's an sbr. FN sells p90s that way too and they look rediculious with a long barrel sticking out of the front.
The Uzi has another problem too, according to the atf. It fires from an open bolt and the atf has decided open bolt guns are defacto machine guns and thus banned. So any semi auto Uzi today would need to be modified to be closed bolt.
I had a model B that was closed bolt. Earlier models were easy to modify I'll give you that.
