I think it’s more about pointing out that “racism” is just normal interactions between the cultures.

I don’t believe that racism....discriminating against skin color....even exists in any measurable amount any more. I think it’s a cultural issue. People complain about the culture of a race. But the media insists on saying it’s skin color because you can’t change your skin color, you can change your culture though.

I don’t have any issue with the basis of the tweet, I have a problem with people saying it’s only white people that say that kind of stuff, or that it’s only racist when white people say it.
