Where have you been? 30 years ago when I went to college there was a book of available scholarships that you could buy and you could pay $50 for a printout from the local university of the open scholarships still looking for someone. At the time, given my GPA and my high school rank, I qualified for 100+ scholarships. 0 of these scholarships were allowed to go to white men. They all called for people of color or for women. None of them were for white men.
