Cops don’t need a list to know who the legal gun owners are. They treat every traffic stop as though there is guns in the car. They know that the legal carriers aren’t the problem.
I am from Indiana. Stopping CC did not make sense so I did some reading on the bill. There was a rider added to constitutional carry for Indiana none of the other states have. The rider would act as a background check everytime anyone was stopped by police. A heavy infringement of rights.
