Because women don't inspire confidence, and they don't bond with those that serve with them. When a woman is in power, everyone beneath her is seen as lesser than herself.

Male leaders aren't like that. See President Trump for example. He inspired people and boosted morale.

It's been proven time and again that most people prefer male leadership!

That is a broad generality. There are some women that are good leaders... somewhere.

There are, and I worked with some. But the bad ones can be the worst. Nothing is worse than a bad woman.

Male leaders aren't like that.

See Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau for counterexample.

Are you saying neither of them inspired anyone? That they didn't boost the morale of those under them? Maybe not the citizens, but the people they worked with? I'd say Obama inspired plenty of his cohorts and people who worked with him.

Likewise for Trudeau.

Are the citizens pissed? Sure. But you can't say that neither of them didn't inspire the people they worked with. I mean for goodness sakes, if Obama didn't inspire anything at all in the people under him why are we here NOW?

Male leaders, even the shitty ones, tend to garner some inspiration and morale in those who work with them.

I'm not saying there aren't shitty male bosses. I'm also not saying female bosses can't make good bosses. BUT the exceptions prove the rule. By and Large, males make better leaders.

I’ll say it. Females bosses can’t make good bosses.
