If you google US naval captains you dont get many 5'-0" 350lb male results either. To be a commander you need to command respect. Being short, fat, or female does not mean you cant be a great leader, but you have to be even that much more exceptional. It sucks, yea I know, but the facts are that we have it baked into our DNA to follow the strongest of the pack. This lady looks like she could not get your order right at ihop.
