Typically a gun with no manufacturer or FFL records.

Homemade guns, 3d printed guns, guns made from 80% receivers, etc.

No serial numbers other than what the home builder might affix themselves.

It's getting easier and easier to build guns at home, and that makes tyrants nervous.

Our government didn't used to fear the people being armed.
