companies can woke-wash things with their "diversity" numbers with global numbers such as claiming 'minority' workers that are not minorities in their own country. example would be having offshore workers in India be claimed as 'minority' workers for the international corporation. Indians are a minority in the US but certainly not in India!
also they can import non-citizens into US for cheaper and exploitable almost slave labor. and they get some 'woke credit' for the workers being minorities. The corporations are playing them, maximizing profit while appearing to be so "woke".
So, not likely to be US citizens?

the real diversity question would be how many of the company workers are US CITIZEN minorities.
also this could also be a way to infiltrate chicom pilots into US for later uses.
Company can claim the chinese Asian imported pilots as meeting their "people of color" quota.
