What are the chances that vaccine companies are paying/making account on social media (twitter, Facebook, reddit) to pose as a competing vaccines patient to their company vaccine and complain of adverse effects to reduce confidence in that one and push people to their vaccine?

For example. Pfizer has person post they took j&j vaccine or AstraZeneca and say went really bad then post goes viral and people now like pfizer more or vice versa.
