The only one the GOP could muster a backbone to kill a nomination was Neera Tanden for OBM, and only because she tweeted mean things about Susan Collins and Joe Manchin.

The other one was Xavier Beccera for HHS with a confirmation vote of 50-49. Susan Collins was the lone Republican who voted to confirm, while Mazie Hirono did not vote.
