Black dude here. I won't shut up about it. My wife, the nurse won't shut up about it either. My community won't shut up about it.

Here's our perspective though. My wife, and her medical researcher friends, and her medical compliance friends don't want anything to do with mRNA. My wife's coworkers said when the vaccine came out that we lasted 2 seasons (now 3) without a vaccine, we don't need it.

Here's my black communities thoughts... "you know they're rushing a vaccine right?" "Man I won't take it." "eh I'll take it maybe..." ... 6+ months go by... white politicians say "no way am I taking or allowing the Trump vaccine!" turns into "blacks take it first!!!" Then you hear everybody in my area saying "NO WAY." There's no maybe. There's just... not on your life.

Yes we believe white politicians are trying to wipe out black people. Saying we should all go march in a deadly pandemic, knowing full well that it disproportionately kills black people. Why does it disproportionately kill black people you may ask? We have a higher percentage of obesity. Why do we have that? Sodas. Lots and lots of sodas. Why do we have lots of sodas? Coka-Cola disproportionately advertising to our areas.

Worse yet they wanted black people toppling statues trying to get us to be victims when the Klan comes out with guns to protect their statues. Maybe they want us brawling with neo Nazis in the street or something, but alas... America is so non racist that not even the Klan or the neo Nazis have the balls to show up anymore, because this isn't that Jim Crow era.

The old timers in my area do bring up Tuskegee, but that's before my time.

If this virus killed healthy people in 2 weeks. Sign me up. I'll take it right now. There will be riots to get the vaccine if that was the case. I'm vaccinated at birth like most Americans. I just don't want this vaccine. It's not even a thing about me being black. There's just no logical reason for me to get it.

Good. Now get them to stop voting Democrat.

Biden did that. Literally. We were all Democrats. One by one we saw where they were going. Not even talking to one another about politics, because you could get accosted for not going Democrat.

Then... since I live in Kenosha, we got a visit from Trump and Biden. We were all out for Trump. We saw one another and started laughing we were there for Trump... but you said you were voting for Biden! Then we'd laugh.

I voted Biden in the primary. Then I started paying attention to the news, seeing how they lie. Saw that Trump was the one telling the truth with the video to back it up. I started boarding the Trump train. Then the whole Democrats telling black people to march in the street during a deadly pandemic. That's where it was too much and I boarded the Trump train.

Well that's quite the story. I hope we all make it through these next years though. I don't got any reason to think that they'll get better.
