This is all from the point of view that welfare is going to exist whether we want it to or not. I know some people disagree with that.

Currently a married woman has to include her husband's income when determining eligibility for welfare. It's better for her to stay unmarried, collect more welfare, and then, since the father's not married to her, she can legally sue for child support and get his money whether he wants to give or not.

Let's make welfare dependent on only the mother's income, less any child support she receives from the father. Then the thing to do is find a man who wants to use his money to raise children and then become a stay at home mom so she can collect maximum welfare (for having zero income). Any money the man volunteers isn't child support and doesn't reduce welfare.

Then the next time the Left goes nuclear over the nuclear family being racist, all the women who want to be paid to be single moms are against them. Also, women speaking out for wanting to be single moms are an embarrassment to feminism too.

Don't rake me over the coals for this idea, I'm just spitballing. The goal is to make women choosier about their men, there are probably better ways.
