Since the FDA hasn’t approved any covid vaccines, and plenty of unforeseen symptoms are arising from the experimental covid vaccine, seems more like a gene therapy than an actual vaccine.

Not a vaccine by their own definition. To be a vaccine it has to contain a weakened or dead pathogen.
