255 Incarcerated Men have so far claimed the Transgender Loophole and are in the process of being transferred to women's prisons.
Simply by claiming to be some gender other than man, they can request to be moved in with the women.
The women inmates of these prisons have no say in the matter. They are expecting a steep rise in sexual assaults and pregnancies.
Women’s cell blocks are brutal compared to men. Most women are not sent to prison. The women who are sent to prison are like the worst of the worst. Two of them have changed their mind out of 21 in one jail. Those two were probably told of the horrors that await them. Girl prison is dangerous as hell. Ask any CO who has worked both men & women blocks. They know.
Eh, I don't buy it. If I were locked up, I'd much rather be around those who are physically weaker and can't anally rape me.
