Well he's technically not wrong, it just takes another amendment to undo a previous amendment. See: prohibition.

You need 2/3rd majority of the house, senate, and states to ratify an Amendment. You think they're going to get that? They're not.

And even if they did, I'd be okay with that, because it was done the RIGHT way. Signing Executive Orders expecting them to just nullify the Bill of Rights is the WRONG way. It's bullshit. And it needs to be put in fucking check.
