I haven't been wearing a mask this whole time except to doc appointments and let me tell you something I've noticed in the last few weeks. I go to the grocery store or hiking or wherever and I'm seeing guys looking at me and I'm positive they just want to come over and hug me or something. I think they are just happy to see a woman in public, smiling with no mask.
The masks have dehumanized us to some extent. People look at you and your mouth can tell them a lot about you, what kind of mood you're in, if you are friendly or not, etc. Covering your face like this for so long takes away a part of your humanity.
Take off the masks. For the love of God, please, take them off.
