The Last Few Pages of the Document is the Timeline Synopsis and if you change the dates tot 2020 -2021 it's shockingly similar from disinformation to anitvaxer censorship. If we are to assume this was used as a "playbook" then the part of the timeline that hasn't happened yet should frighten you to the core of your being.
