Tobin needs to be charged with perjury. End of discussion. We have several "expert witnesses" now lying about medical facts in an effort to get a man thrown in jail for the rest of his life. This is a scenario where lying (and in this case concealing exculpatory evidence) is a matter that can absolutely ruin someone's life.
