If the military was waiting for a certian situation to occur, like an ILLEGITIMATE RESIDENT IN CHIEF that was placed into power through fraud and corruption to start signing executive orders contrary to and decimating our beloved second ammendment which affirms our rights to keep and bear arms, and turning law abiding citizens into criminals, then we're at that time. An EO is unenforceable legally, because the President doesn’t have the power to unilaterally legislate. What they are is a compliance tool, to suggest to other agencies that they should enforce them, but there’s no requirement to do so.
They only become “law” if everyone complies, but as soon as they’re challenged in court they fall apart, just like the bump stock ban.
