As a practical matter, defeating RINOs in primaries is a lot easier than starting a 3rd party.

Suppose there is a district that is 60% Republican and 40% Democrat. If you get 51% of the vote in the Republican primary, your candidate wins. (assuming the RINO you beat in the primary doesn't throw a tantrum and run as an independent and split the Republican vote)

Suppose you run as a 3rd party candidate, with 51% support from Republicans and 0% support from democrats. In the general election, the Democrat then wins with 40% of the vote. (with the vote being 40%/30.1%/29.9%)

If you start a 3rd party, you're just throwing elections to Democrats.

While I understand what you're getting at, I am beyond done with the louts in the GOP. In my humble opinion, this party is so deeply infected with Swamp rats that it's beyond repair. I think we would have much better luck breaking this uniparty structure if we just ran through a new party. If anyone could make it work, it would be Donald Trump.

Once you make a party, with formal rules, and start having success, the rats will still join. Look at what happened to Ross Perot's party in 2000.

OK, you make a 3rd party and it's successful. What prevents all the RINOs from just joining your new party?

Hey, sorry for the late response. I've been busy with college work...

We can prevent RINOs from joining by avoiding the mistakes the GOP made. The GOP allowed itself to gradually be infiltrated by globalist politicians. Under a new party's banner, we will not allow that to happen again. Because of what happened under Trump, we have been awakened to the uniparty's scheme. In turn, we can take all the necessary measures to ensure we keep our guard up and never allow them to infiltrate our government again.

Maybe you think that's just wishful thinking. I don't know for sure; but I have a lot of confidence that a new party will take us places a lot faster than reforming the GOP ever will. To successfully reform the GOP, we will have to get rid of the fradulent voting procedures (that will take years). And after we have prevailed in that struggle, it will take us many more years to weed out all the RINOs. Reforming the GOP could very well take decades. I'll do whatever I have to; but it seems to me that we could go with a more efficient route.
