Sure it does. Will his EO be enforced? Or will the bill of rights somehow stop it? I think we know the answer here.

I can see some Blue states making some efforts to enforce it, but I don't see any red states accepting an EO that breaches the Bill of Rights.

I remember when the Patriot Act rolled out and I was like, "Clearly this is in violation of the 4th Amendment." Watching it get implemented anyways was my first and biggest red pill.

It’s unfortunate that Americans still think that the constitution still matters to DC. It hasn’t been valid for hundreds of years. Every now and then, something constitutionally pleasing will happen, to keep the charade alive and the cattle from stampeding. We have been brainwashed our entire lives to think we are in charge of our own government.

Yep. If they didn't have a lock on the Democratic process the 17th Amendment would never have been ratified. We had maybe a couple generations of freedom and then our system became completely corrupt.
