Tonight is national meeting. Need 13 people in county forming assembly and also forms grand jury. The assemblies are outside the corporation (bankrupt) of the United States. The assembly files with the county after formation and gives notice as shown on 3141united. We are following what Michigan did.
Last night we had meeting with orange county assembly. They were discussing they needed changes in their schools. The moderator said they needed to ask what authority gives the school board the right to do such and such. Once they ask that question assembly wins. That is only one example but gives you an idea.
