If you are United Airlines, do you really want to diversify and delude pilots and air traffic controllers and key personnel to be woke? A couple of crashes with affirmative action personnel would be devestating to their bottom line? I think this is smoke and mirrors.

If this is true, people will be requesting white pilots instead of black or brown pilots and then the whole racism thing rears its ugly head but maybe that is the point. Kill for woke politics, keep the narrative going, and label people that want to be safe as racist. I would imagine the number of airline passengers favor white/asian in comparison to black and brown.

It could also mean that AI auto pilot and AI remote control of airplanes is so good literally a monkey could be strapped into the pilot seat and it wouldn't matter.
