My son-in-law who has a high paying management . position in the computer field, and who also happens to be in his 20s, has basically been mandated to get the covid vaccine in order to keep his job.

I cant believe I’m living in the same country I was born and raised in where currently such nonsense exists. I think I will move to a country where I would have more freedoms, like North Korea or China. I expect to hear goose-stepping down my street any day now

If he doesn't want to take the jab, something to consider:

"Employee Vaccine Exemptions. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex and national origin and must provide reasonable accommodations for employees with deeply held religious beliefs. Title VII continues to apply during public health emergencies including the current COVD-19 crisis."

"Religious beliefs" are defined very broadly.

Perhaps that fits your son-in-law's situation?

For the most part companies are concerned with their liability. If they don't enforce the COVID-19 "safety protocol" someone could sue them.

If they insist you get the "vaccine", could you turn that around on them? Since:

  • it is an experiment and not all side effects are know;
  • it is against the Nuremberg Code to be forced to participate in an experiment;
  • the manufacturing companies are exempted from ANY legal liability;
  • your employer is requiring you to take it in order to keep your job

Will they agree (in writing) to be held liable if you have bad side effects?

Agree, but exemptions aren't the way to go, ideally. We don't need to be exempt from policies that are illegal. Contact ICAN

So true. Where we live children are forced to be vaccinated in order to go to public school.

Medical exemption is the only one left. It is nearly impossible to get, and the government is working hard to take remove that one as well.

I will check out ICAN.
