Moral courage. Sure. Like back in the 80s when he let the entire population be panicked and terrified over aids rather than just come out and be honest about how it was spread? He didn't want to be politically incorrect. Better to scare an entire generation of kids (myself included) into thinking they would get aids from everyday activities.
