If only it stopped at airline pilots? Every industry, and institution all the way to the highest levels has been infiltrated by affirmative action diversity hires.
This has been my experience in almost every job I’ve worked at starting from a very young age. Many of the ones I’ve worked with were not only simpletons, but extremely lazy and disrespectful. I’d say at least 75% of the ones I’ve worked with would spend more time and energy trying to avoid working then they would if they’d just do the same job, and then complain when they’d never get a raise or promotion. ✊🏿🤡🌎 I’m not even talking about hard physical labor all the time either. Many of them would have and should have been fired a long time ago, but, well, I’m sure you know the deal

Because outside of athletics, the majority of blacks could not do well in any type of meritocracy. It’s always “gimme gimme somethin.”
