"Civil war or bust" - the latest excuse for armchair patriots to do nothing. Even if it's TRUE, which it very well may be, that doesn't mean we should cede an inch of the legal or political ground to them in the meantime.

There are no courts, there are no elections.

Constitutional Convention can do whatever it wants. Push for it through States, and the people can route around horseshit Congress and SCOTUS.

To my understanding, in a constitutional convention, it empowers the counties in each state, not just the densely populated cities, correct?

In other words, our Conservative ideals would rule, even in states like NY. Is this correct?

If so, we could use that to strengthen our Constitution, and implement term limits for congress!

I think it would depend on the state for how they select delegates to send to a constitutional convention. I really doubt New York would send anybody good.

Doesn’t matter. Keep filing cases and overloading the system. Never let the communists rest.
