It'll never be overturned. I imagine something like this happening: The Supreme Court will acknowledge Trump as the true winner of the 2020 Presidential Election however in the interest of "peace", Joe Biden will be allowed to stay as president. The establishment will find all sorts of ways to prevent Trump from returning to the white house.
