Constitutional Convention can do whatever it wants. Push for it through States, and the people can route around horseshit Congress and SCOTUS.

To my understanding, in a constitutional convention, it empowers the counties in each state, not just the densely populated cities, correct?

In other words, our Conservative ideals would rule, even in states like NY. Is this correct?

If so, we could use that to strengthen our Constitution, and implement term limits for congress!

I think it would depend on the state for how they select delegates to send to a constitutional convention. I really doubt New York would send anybody good.
