They did win, but by cheating. The constitution doesn’t matter because the SCOTUS won’t deal with it and the rest of the government is corrupt. Every republican in government should be screaming at the top of their lungs, but they are all too afraid or part of it.
When someone cheats you do not say "they won" or "they won by cheating". You say: "they cheated". Every time, that is what you do, for anything. The democrats did not win the election.
You could say they beat us on ground game by corrupting the vote count. They also beat is in the courts which allowed much of this before we even got to the vote. But we beat them by voters by a huge, huge margin. So it's irrelevant.
