We are 1 minute away from the midnight civil war clock when the "president" is saying there's exceptions to human rights

I can't imagine any President saying that out loud.

The courts interpret the Constitution when there's allegedly conflicts in the law but this is literally an executive saying he will ignore the other 2 branches & the Constitution because he thinks there needs to be exceptions
