You don’t take a born slave and integrate them over just a few generations. I don’t care what color they are. A family and a culture requires experienced guidance. Slavery annihilates most of that. Immigrants that come here have their first generation struggle and learn to adapt, then most improve quickly by just the 2nd or third generation. This is because the immigrant already had a foundation in culture or family. Slaves lose that, and a born slave never knows of it.
The powers that be have done quite a lot to encourage the destruction of anything good in black culture. They were targeted by the government and old money to ensure that anything resembling white culture in black society was destroyed.
