star chamber was a film that was about a chamber of judges that tried to identify perpetrators that had beaten the system by technicalities or had gotten through the system even tho they were monsters-they would vote on these cases and direct their team to the target. I know its fiction but I have spent a lifetime wishing it were true-

you may be right but I know for sure the police are pathetic and the court system protects the perpetrators,imho.
