Wait, so when in the fuck does the CDC get to issue "rules"? Since when is anything they say legally binding? And also, what's to ban the cruise lines from saying "because we don't want to get sued if someone gets sick because we care about our guests, we are still mandating masks onboard"? Masks need to be banned from private institutions too, not just government level

One lesson people should learn from this...you don't have to have legally binding authority to have authority.

I bet I can get a lot of people to do what I tell them if I buy a lab coat and walk around in it.
