High time everyone starts to ignore and disobey.

It started with smoking bans. Lots of people said at the time "Why is the government telling business owners and their clients where and when they can have a smoke?"

The thing with the smoking bans, however, is that a lot of non-smokers really liked them... probably a good case for "tyranny of the masses". I'm not against smokers, I just really don't want to smell that when I'm in a restaurant.

Same can be said about the really pungent land whales... and perhaps we should start legislating against THEM.

I mean farting isn’t banned at a restaurant, but I don’t do it because it’s rude as hell. That’s how I feel about smokers at restaurant. The fact they feel entitled to smoked in a restaurant pure entitlement. And I’m a former smoker who never smoked indoors.
