Lol.. he's double stupid.. the "N" word comes from the Dutch word for black... neger.. when the Dutch slaveships docked they were asked what they were carrying.. not knowing the English word ..blacks.. he replied in Dutch NEGERS.. American ears not knowing Dutch spelled it differently.. at first "the n word" simply meant BLACK.. same as Mexican or Asian.. I'm not sure when it took on it's current derogatory meaning.

Reminds me though of the budget coordinator in DC a few years ago that used the term “niggardly” during a meeting referring to the need to tighten up the city budget. All the ignorant joggers at the meeting took offense due to their stupidity. The guy eventually resigned, again, due the the ignorance of the joggers at the meeting.
