When confronted, say nothing. Give no reaction. Remain silent. If in a store, go about your business. Ignore the clerk or manager. Present your goods for sale. If refused, stand your ground silently. Force them to call the police. Exercise your right to remain silent if arrested for trespass. Then lap up a hungry lawyer and sue the fuck out of them.
