The two "experts" that testified today were pretty decent for the state. Nelson didn't have time to read through on what they were about since the state sent their Discovery the day before they testified (which is straight up mistrial shit). But Nelson is good.
Chauvin isn't going to get a murder charge. 100%. It's 30/70 on manslaughter.
It blows my mind that even the state had several months to prepare for this case. Only to have their own expert witnesses derail their own case. Anyone paying attention knew the state's case was weak, but yeesh.
Gonna be interesting to see how the Defense counters the "expert" earlier that stated Floyd couldn't have OD'd.
