In the bill we should include that the FBI is no longer involved in any investigations if they had contact or were aware the suspect was a threat. They immediately become part of the investigation led by state investigators.

Member when the FBI was texting and encouraging the shooters at the "draw muhammad" event in Garland,Texas?

it became known that an undercover FBI agent was in a separate car directly behind the pair when they began their attack. He was taking pictures moments before the first shots were fired, and then tried to flee the scene once the attack began.

Additionally, it was revealed that the undercover agent had messaged Simpson in the weeks prior, saying, "Tear up Texas," soon after the "Draw Muhammad" event had been announced.

More sources for the curious.

The FBI was interacting with the Pulse club shooter too. They were aware of the Parkland shooter and the Boulder shooter the other week. Seems they spend more time hunting down non-existent white supremacists than stopping mentally unwell shooters (honestly seems like they do a lot of egging those shooters on).

Crazy and we should hold the State Law Enforcement, AG and Governor as negligent for not taking action.

I'm certain we can follow this all the way to Pelosi, Schumer, Harris and Biden.

They already beat everyone to it. HIPPA and “National Security” You’ll need to get rid of these first. Also see Obama Admins privacy policy of school safety plans, which locks down school shooter info under DHS and of course meh - “National Security.” Then you have minors and those privacy laws, yet can’t get past a child trafficker aka Epstein and Maxwell. Seems they’re way ahead of the game here.

Any mass shooter loses HIPPA protections. We cannot identify the problem without visibility. That's the point of Congress passing the law.

Yep, we didn't have these issues on this scale until big pharma started pumping everyone full of drugs.

I believe we already have a law, called Public Records, also, if we delete the fbi from investigating the fbi and it's informants, who would investigate the fbi and the informants,,,the cia?

FBI can be investigated by State Bureau of Investigations or in this case the Texas Rangers. Once they have a case with State AG support, they take it forward to the DOJ but they get the right journalist to get in front of it.

In regards to the CIA, they are immune to the constitution but there is a law prohibiting them from attacking Americans. It seems today they do this through proxy. Catching the CIA would require the DOJ and FBI. That is why it is important that we clean up the corruption there immediately.

I'd support it. I want it so that every time the FBI (or any other law enforcement body) is linked to a shooter, a third party gets to investigate, and the involved agency has to put out all their own files on whatever interactions they had with the suspect.

HIPA should be waived and all psychiatric medication as well as diagnoses listed out. People will say it's a hipa violation but I'd rather a criminal suspect have to lose out on their right to medical privacy than law abiding citizens lose out on their constitutional rights because of something someone else did.
