One idea I had is mandatory Ethics tests, presenting things like the massive mountain of evidence of election fraud, how the FBI framed Richard Jewel, Ted Stevens, Steven Hatfill, Michael Flynn, and many others, evidence of how the CIA funded ISIS and Al Queda, etc.
Make everyone who he endorses have to pass and to sign legal paperwork that they understand the truth.
