His dumb ass makes money peddling alternative medicines to Oprah followers. Alternative medicines overlap with the idea that Big Pharma is creating things that harm people. He walked himself into a corner. He can't peddle Big Pharma's experimental gene therapies while also peddling snake oils that are better.
