Trying to hold gun manufacturers liable for the actions made by those who purchase them (Unless it's directly to do with a manufacturer's lies such as shoddy or incomplete product) is a grave overstep of the 8th amendment which protects from excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishment.
The point is obvious, the government wants to pressure these manufacturers into closing. They're doing it with heavy-handed executive policy. All of this to attempt to circumvent the 2nd amendment
It is government bullying and everybody should be onboard with teaming up with the civilian weapons manufacturers, Civil rights teams, and Gun-advocacy groups such as the NRA, Gun Owners of America, and Second Amendment foundation to stop it. Before you say the NRA is cucked. Many of us are members, there was a surge a while ago. We have sway too we just are all afraid to get together and use it.
I mean when you get down to it, would be nice if these gun advocacy groups got together regardless. That means we have people who understand the second getting together.
Can you elaborate ?
You made a claim as a title to an image of a Chinese puppet.

While I agree with your analysis in part, it is predicated on the premise that we still have functional courts.
We have been in a state of war since Jan 20, 2021
As such, the very concept of courts are irrelevant.
Think of everything that they are doing from the point of view that they are enemy combatants not politicians.
