Ah yes, morality, like witch burnings and slavery. Nah, we became a lot more moral when we moved to secular government and away from religious.

Sure. Friendly reminder the US government is more christian than the general population, by a fair bit.

What? Burning witches and keeping slaves, that's below the pagans?

You have a personal vendetta against Christianity. There's no winning a debate with you people. You are SJW.

I'm not pagan. If you noticed, I said "religious", not "christian".

Yes you are. You are a slave to the material world. That makes you a pagan.

You're a slave to your imaginary friend who'll torture you forever if you reject him and don't worship and serve him forever and ever. Don't worry though, I think a car should be close enough to an iron chariot to keep me safe. He can't beat those.

The sweet spot is a secular government and a homogeneously religious population.

It's possible to fuse the two by worshipping the Creator-God of Nature and Reason, which is the True God of Europeans. We always circle back, no matter what religious label or doctrine we embrace. God of Nature means if science and the holy words disagree, we must be interpreting the words wrong.

That just sounds like an unnecessary extra element to me.
