Civil War or Balkanization are the final outcomes. We have reached a point were one half of the country is diametrically opposed to the other half. There is no middle ground anymore. The left has split this country. Its only a matter of time until everyone realizes this and the shooting starts.
When we do finally fracture, I think the left will treat the freedom loving parts of the country in the same way China views Taiwan. They will not be happy without total domination over every soul.
People bristle at secession but you're not going to win the country back with these cards. President Trump was changing the culture in this country, and that was what made him so dangerous to the left. He was bringing back our American identity. You are absolutely right. The left is so fixated on us there is no way they can live without us. They would spend 24/7 undermining us at every turn, just like that did Trump, just like they do now. It would take a war more deadly than the Civil War for them to leave us alone.
The cities literally cannot survive without food from the conservative heartland. If there is any sort of balkanization you will see some crazy shit going down, especially if roads and airports are damaged.

The people in the suburbs would need to destroy some roads and bridges. Otherwise looters and refugees from the cities would overrun them.
