Yea, this is the propaganda picture they use to sell the concept. In reality we all know these containers will be stacked on top of each others, no private outdoor space and inside will be very compact, bed hidden in the wall, one bathroom and kitchen you share with everyone on your floor.

And since cars are banned there won't be any empty space between the containers, not even parks because "due to the virus" nobody is allowed to go outside anyway. So containers 9 feet apart, leaving a narrow road between for delivery workers and robots.

Big windows and no curtains, but not for you to enjoy the view, not that it will be much of a view anyway, but so that your neighbors can watch you all the time and report you for a commission.

Fun fact, they already built student apartments like that in Europe, no sound isolation and mold between the containers. There's all kinds of issues, even tho they did all they could to build a commie block out of containers that isn't as bad as your average Russian commie block.
