4. Mayor and City Council are Democrats. (Although it looks like one, Maurice Davis, voted for Trump)
As a purely unbiased observer, it certainly looks on the face of it that a case can be made that Flint is indeed a garbage town, and argumentatively “the worst” (Wouldn’t be my choice, though)
