Concerning human medical experiment subjects

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.

To me, it seems clear that excluding a person from normal activities like school, shopping, dining, and worship on the basis of not taking an experimental vaccine are coercion and overreach.

In a nation with laws, you would be correct.

But nations with laws that are barely enforced, never enforced, selectively enforced or outright ignored in favor of "feelings".

Then they can voodoo dance anything into reality.

Then it appears they would. When that gal's stood in front of Cuomo and said I'm not going to question what's in the job I'm just going to stick my arm out Falls right into that category, the category of cohesion
