Wish I was seeing that where I live! No one in marketing/design is hiring white men over 40. Not even dropping down to lower positions gets a hit. In the process of switching careers, because in the current environment I'm finished.
As the government just gets bigger, i theorize that regulatory compliance is where the secure, well-paying jobs will be. My husband works in pharma compliance, is “underpaid” at 6 figures, and despite employees’ high salaries agencies still need more people than they can even find with the appropriate scientific background.
