Even if you discount all the worrying things that have already happened, say that it's not statistically significant/amplifying rare, isolated occurrences as though they're more common than they are (and I don't think that's true, I'm just saying it as a hypothetical), then you still have the problem where it is literally impossible for us to be certain about potential long-term effects.
Is that first dose or second. Also, I am seeing headlines saying that he was in the hospital for a month and just got out a month ago. That is two months ago, which is the start of Feb. If this headline was first dose, and UK has a two dose vaccine, that would be around the time of the second dose.
